For the 4th time in South Kazakhstan region exhibition ShymkentBuild will be held

From March 13 till March 15 in Shymkent city the fourth South Kazakhstan building and interior exhibition ShymkentBuild 2018 will take place.

Modern Shymkent is one of the leading cities in Kazakhstan. With development of infrastructure, a progressive center is being systematically formed. The population of city and nearest settlements reaches one million.

"Concept of socio-economic development of Shymkent until 2020" defines main tasks for modernization of Shymkent in country's third megapolis. First of all, changes concern town-planning system: Almaty-Shymkent bypass is under construction, construction of another international airport is planned, for which more than 143 million dollars have been allocated. On the initiative of oblast akim, the project of a 40-storey residential complex "Shymkent tuzhi" was launched.
In the north of Shymkent, business center “Shymkent City” is being built, the largest district with a total area of 420 hectares. Construction of international automobile corridor "Western Europe-Western China", which is passing through the SKO, is nearing completion. Nevertheless, in the context of globalization and interdependent economic relations between countries, an effective strategy of close cooperation with the best domestic and foreign specialists is required. Therefore, the ShymkentBuild exhibition has become an annual significant event in construction sector not only for the city itself, but also for South Kazakhstan region, border regions, as well as the nearest neighboring countries - Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The exhibition provides an opportunity for exhibitors to present their products to a large number of business visitors, as well as to find new potential buyers.

Results of previous exhibition demonstrate high commercial efficiency:
• 77% of participants believe that the exhibition promotes business development;
• 73% of unique visitors believe that participation in the event is important for development of their own business;
• 27% of participants signed contracts during the exhibition.

ShymkentBuild 2018 will cover such sections as:
• construction materials and equipment;
• interior and decoration materials;
• heating and water supply;
• ventilation and air conditioning;
• ceramics and stone;
• window technologies;
• road construction;
• special equipment.

Annually the exhibition is held with support of: Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of South-Kazakhstan region, National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of South Kazakhstan region, and Union of Builders of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
